Taxonomy Regulation: 5th ASCG submission to the European Commission

On 22 December 2023, the ASCG has sent the fifth submission on application issues arising from the taxonomy reporting requirements to the European Commission with a request for consideration.

The issues contained in the submission were previously identified and discussed in the preparer fora on the Regulation (EU) 2020/852 (Taxonomy Regulation), which the ASCG has been conducting regularly since 2021 and which are exclusively open to our member companies and associations. With this submission, the ASCG continues its collection of issues on the Taxonomy Regulation as a “living document”.
