Public conference call of the IFRS Technical Committee

On 21 May 2019, the IFRS Technical Committee will hold a public conference call from 8:30 a.m. to approx. 10:00 a.m. The conference call will be devoted to preparing the ASCG’s comment letter on the IASB ED/2019/1.

The IASB published the Exposure Draft ‘Interest Rate Benchmark Reform – Proposed amendments to IFRS 9 and IAS 39‘ with a comment period until 17 June 2019. Since the Technical Committee has only one meeting available until then, an initial discussion outside the normal meeting sequence is necessary.
