New composition of EFRAG bodies

In April and May 2024 EFRAG has announced that EFRAG’s General Assembly approved the new compositions of its bodies. The DRSC continues to be represented in all of these bodies, namely with Prof Dr Kerstin Lopatta as the Vice-Chair of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board (SRB), Prof Dr Sven Morich on the EFRAG Financial Reporting Board (FRB), and Dr Ilka Canitz on the EFRAG Financial Reporting Technical Expert Group (FR TEG). Dr Kati Beiersdorf is the newly appointed DRSC country liaison member of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group (SR TEG).

Further information on the new composition of the EFRAG bodies (FRB, SRB, FR TEG, and SR TEG) including their work can be obtained from EFRAG’s website. The newly composed FR TEG commenced its work on 1 April 2024; the new members of the SR TEG, the FRB and the SRB were appointed on 1 May 2024.
