EU Taxonomy Regulation: 4th ASCG submission to the European Commission

On 7 December 2021, the ASCG has sent the fourth submission on application issues arising from Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation to the European Commission with a request for consideration.

The issues contained in the submission were previously identified and discussed in the preparer fora on the EU Taxonomy Regulation, which the ASCG has been conducting regularly since April of this year. With this submission, the ASCG continues its collection of issues on the EU Taxonomy Regulation as a “living document”. The updated document will also be available on the dedicated project page on the ASCG website, soon.
