GAAS 9 published

The Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection published the German Accounting Amendment Standard No. 9 in the authoritative German version pursuant to § 342 (2) HGB in the Official Gazette “Bundesanzeiger” on 09 April 2020.

With GAAS 9 amendments to the German Accounting Standard No. 17  Reporting on the Remuneration of Members of Governing Bodies and  the German Accounting Standard No. 20 Group Management Report are published
